the Diamond Head Crater Trail in Oahu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We hiked the Diamond Head Crater trail a couple days ago.\u00a0 It was\u00a0 a really fun hike.\u00a0 It only takes about 2 hours total and the hike is barely 2 miles.\u00a0 The total elevation change going up and back down is 1520 feet.\u00a0 760 feet up and 760 down.\u00a0 Lots of people were on the trail of all ages so make sure you do not miss out if you&#8217;re in Oahu.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_612\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-612\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img rocks and some boulders.\u00a0 It is a clear trail that is well marked with rails.\u00a0 It is very safe even for little people.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_614\" through a cave, up a couple hundred stairs, and around a spiral staircase.\u00a0 We liked this so much we did it twice and ran up the stairs.\u00a0 Macho!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_616\" were spectacular.\u00a0 You get a stamp if you make it to the top.\u00a0 You must bring a receipt or a map along with you.\u00a0 You can also buy a certificate at the top for five
